Just How Do We Do It?

Hello all

Within our office we all have different levels of visual impairment and because of this we all have different ways of using our vision within the workplace to access our jobs

Because of how visually impaired we are, a lot of people often ask just how we maintain our social enterprise so well and how we can possibly deliver our service so quickly considering we have conditions that should slow us down thus making any process longer and harder to do. Well the answer to this lies within the realms of access technology.

Now access technology may not mean a lot to some people but for us, its something we use in our everyday working lives. 

In the photos below you will be able to see one of our interns using an iPad with voice over software to access our eBay page to see what items to find and dispatch and in the other you can see one of our Social Enterprise Coordinators using a magnification software to enlarge the screen and make his computer easier to access.

Thanks to access technology we are able to work as efficiently as we do.
